Refund policy

Since we deal in food and perishable products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we're committed to your satisfaction.
Refunds or replacements are offered in the following cases:
You received a wrong product
The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery
The package was tampered with or unsealed on arrival
To raise a complaint, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 86864 25533 with your order details and a photo of the product.
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays due to external factors (weather, courier issues)
